New high pressure fuel pump, crank no start
I replaced my hp fuel pump on my 06 3.2 because it ran so terribly, now it cranks but won’t start at all. CEL isn’t on, so no codes. Does the pump need to be primed somehow, or maybe something else?

CEL off does not mean there are no codes. Not all codes trigger a CEL. There may be multiple engine codes but no CEL and some single codes can trigger a CEL.
How can you be sure the CEL is not on if the engine is not starting? Did you actually scan for codes after attempting to start the car?
