have any one replaced coolant or diff oil (just because it is old)

Since the 2006 car is nine years old. And it has 149K miles on it. I have asked myself, is this a time to replace coolant (I mean flush and fill with G13). Same applies to the diff oil. Is this time to replace it?

I have replaced steering fluid and AT fluid some time ago.

I replaced my coolant at 75 k miles. Just as precaution they are pretty good at lasting. I would do it as a precaution if never done. I have read in other posts that you don't ever have to change it but I prefer it.

Audi say to change coolant every five years because the anti corosive quality goes down.
