What do you guys think about using hub rings? I had a bad experience with these back in high school but maybe the new rings have a better fitment?

I found a set of RS6 style 19" wheels off from a S4 for sale. The wheels have ET43 offset so I should be able to fit 265's without a problem. I wasn't too thrilled about using the hub rings at first but having the bigger hub bore size might help sell these later if I decide to do so.

Anybody using them and have you experienced any vibration from not being centered correctly? Thanks.

Back when I owned an EVO and I had volk wheels on it they came with hub centric rings and I tried them with and with out them.

They just over all made the wheel fit on more snug (more places the wheel has contact with the hub).

When I had the rings on the car felt more solid if that makes sense. Could just have been my own imagination but I don't see any negative draw backs of using them.

I just got some from ECS for my new S4 wheels. However, I probably won't be installing the wheels for another month, so I'm not much help yet.
