Sunroof tilting mechanism pieces CRACKED?
Hey everyone. 2005 A6. Still under warranty for another month. SO -- I had my sunroof shade closed yesterday and tilted the sunroof up (so the shade tilts up with the roof leaving a slit at the back). Cool, I never knew it did this.
But when looking up there, I noticed on BOTH sides, that there are these 4 plastic support pieces that seem to connect things together to make it tilt. 2 on each side. Two of them are completely cracked through, and on the other side, 1 is cracked 1/2 way through.
What gives. Its definitely not supposed to be cracked. I pushed on them, they are flexible or designed to flex.
Should I get this fixed? (I'm assuming warranty will cover it, it's clearly broken)
Thanks for any help you can provide !
