I called audi and they said the previous owner reported that the interior lights would randomly go out then work fine. The dealer said they traced the issue to the steering column module. I thought that was for the fob key and the steering lock? Or dose it also control the lights too or is the dealer just trying to get $2000 from me? I guess it could make sense since when the key turns it would send power to the light switch. So fair I have not experienced the lights dying out on me.
