Once you get your cylinder flooded, you need to dry it first. With flooded cylinder you can not get good/real compression. Brand new spark plug will not fire when soaked in fuel. O2 sensors are there just to tell you whats happening with fuel/air mixture up in the engine. too much air too much fuel or too little air or too little fuel...O2 will tell you.
Pull the fuel pump fuses out, crank the engine for some time, then put tablespoon of engine or trans oil into cyl then crank some more. Then check your compression or put the plug back in (cleaned one with the fuel fuse back in). If still dumping fuel, then your injector is stuck open. But if it is stuck open, then you would see/hear fuel being sprayed into cylinder with ignition on only..as the fuel prime would leak thru that injector, then you would need to change that injector.
