Default MMI Dead, how do I check the bluetooth module?

I read it's under the driver's side carpeting, how do I go about removing it to check?

if the whole MMI is dead then the MMI module (INTERFACE)is down , unless u traced the problem. the mmi module is inside glow comp. u have to remove glow comp to replace it...

Broken down and took it to the dealer and the found that the washer fluid line to the rear windshield leaked into the compartment that holds the bose amp, nav, radio etc and fried it. luckily this is being covered by the CPO warranty. parts alone would have been $4k!

do you have a station wagon? Or do all a6 have washer fluid running to the rear; I don't remember any spray nosels on the back of my car.

This happened to me, there's a TSB #2013209 out on it. The washer line where the hatch pivots at the top is made of a harder plastic tube. Mine was 6 months out of warranty. needless to say I was frickin mad. Should of been changed earlier no matter what.
