I'm getting a 2006 Audi A6, but it doesn't have the MP3/IPOD integrated into it like the 2007's do. Is there anyway to get this put into my 2006? Any advice would help because I really don't use CD's anymore.

I believe the top choices are the OEM AMI system or aftermarket like Dension Gateway 500.

I believe your referring to a AMI (Audi Music Interface). I have an 07 and we do not have it either. Go look into purchasing an AMI unit (ouch on the pockets). I currently just have a Cradle/Fm Transmitter for my iPhone it's nice but you can't control it through the MMI.

Dension Gateway 500 runs in the $450 range, OEM AMI retrofit starts in the $700 range, at least when I was looking.

There's also a mObridge option, but info has been scant, with a negative ownership/experience report from the one thread I've seen.
