Default Massive accident with Audi A6 -- man lives, testament to Audi engineering
From what I can see, it looks like it was an Audi A6... *was*. The driver suffered a seizure and ended up crashing into 3 other vehicles plus a guard rail, at such a velocity that it caused the engine to be ejected. I'm not sure "fell out" properly describes what happened to the engine; "ejected," more like it.
