Looks like my MMI version is 07.5.0

Could this be causing the problem?

If that's correct, you have a VERY old MMI version. But it doesn't make sense that it would stop working out of nowhere.

I'd say MMI update should be your first step.

MMI update requires that you be above a threshold level on your Nav DVD disk. Refer to pierreb's sticky on MMI update.

I would update to MMI included on CD p/n 4F0 906 961AB which does not require Nav version above 5. But if your dealer got you the newest nav, you should probably update MMI all the way using the procedure in pierre's sticky.

I read somewhere on here a while back that driving in a tight circle for a while might solve the problem. Haven't had the problem though so haven't tested this solution

Yes, I am. I thought it weird too. There was mention of Lexus recommending the same thing to their clients too.

It wasn't navigation. It was the compass in the rear view mirror that was fixed that way.

Well I now have the version 10 disc in there from the dealer so at least my maps will be up to date once it gets fixed. It is going back in next wednesday and we will find out what the problem is. Hoping they will update the MMI while they are in there. My gut says it HAS to be something with the antenna. Place your bets now and we will find out who was right next week.

Yeah, I still think it HAS to be the antenna, but I can't believe they didnt update the MMI when you had it in there last. That should have been their first step, IMO.

Good Luck!
