New wheel question - possible problems going from ET43 to ET25?
Hi all. Looking for some wheel advice.
Currently rocking the OEM's on my 2008 A6 Avant and I've been looking for some new wheels (plus I need new tires in the near future so I figured I'd do it all at once). Anyway, I found a good deal on some used Hartmann's, but they're a different offset size.
Current: 18x8, ET43
Potential new: 19x8.5, ET25.
Now I know 19x8.5's will fit due to C6 Avants having OEMs at that size, but I have no idea how the smaller offset would affect handling or suspension??
If anyone had any insight it would be much appreciated!

Lower ET will bring the wheels out a bit, looks nice but be careful about your fenders. Also, there will be added stress on your wheel bearings. I've always been told not to go beyond 10 ET offset.
