Newer A6 engines have Timing belt or chain?

I didn't ignore the video. I heard A6 engine have different series engines. Some are belt and some are chain. The video does not specify which year of if it is BCY and BRV it working on and that got me confused

My brother is considering a 2009 A6 3.0T. 143,000kms (~85,000 miles)
My experience is limited to my 2000 A4 2.8L and 2008 A5 3.2L

From my reading/research, the 3.0T is pretty much a bullet proof engine?
Only major engine servicing to look at would be;
1. Supercharger drive belt? At how many miles/kms?
2. Rear timing chain /cam chain tensioners?
3. Engine mounts?
4. Tiptronic flush?
5. Diff flush?
6. Any others?

Any other scheduled major service parts / intervals that would be deemed a little more costly?
