tweaking it i bet. at least we got rid of the plain white background.

I agree, the new format IMO is terrible. Really dislike this format. With the old version, I thought the responses were much easier to read and follow.

What was wrong with the white background? Isn't most of what you read on white background?

If that bothers you, simply use a CSS that sets your brackground to red. Or blue. Or black
