Default 2005 A6 4.2 Cold Air Intake with Airbox removal? Help?

Anyone with a 4.2 ever installed a full on Cold Air Intake system without the Air Box? I have a throttle body I'm replacing and also picked up a K&N closed induction Cold Air Intake with some aluminum piping.

Now, if I remove the air box there are 2 hoses connected. One small, one big. Do I need to incorporate these hoses onto my new piping?

If if someone has does this before on our 4.2 please help!

I believe one is for the check valve and the other is for the intake so yes. no vacuum leaks.

BTW where did you get the throttle body? i can't seem to find a good source? 077133162A right? Thanks

After talking to a tech at K&N, I've figured it out. I knew the smaller hose was connected to the purge/check valve and the bigger hose was connected to the air pump/secondary air. The big secondary air hose doesn't need to be connected to the actual pipe but it needs a "breather filter". K&N make these and so do a lot f other vendors. The size would be 1" breather filter.

Now the vacuum line from the check valve would need to be incorporated into the new intake pipe set up.

As for the throttle body... New from Bosch they go for over $700-800 easily. There's also no aftermarket ones available (as far as I know) with our part number. I've been told that 078-133-062 would fit into our manifold by a German manufacture but it does have a smaller bore size. I ended up picking up our original stock one locally Used for $28 with less than 50k miles on it from an S5.
