Default Oil leak issue with 2005 Audi A6

I have replaced the valve cover gaskets 4 times in 7 months and also replaced the valve covers also.
They have properly installed.
I see oil inside all the spark plugs.
A friend of mine is a BMW/Mercedes mechanic is trying to figure out why is this happening,
He was suggesting to get another oil cap, drill a hole and measure the crankcase pressure
thinking there is some restriction somewhere.
Am looking for some guidance for possibilities as to what is wrong??
Thks

From your descriptions, I think your crankcase is being over pressurized, which is blowing oil pass the gaskets. I would go with your friends suggestion to see if that is the case.

I ordered the crankcase vent valve, just to see if that helps while my mechanic friend is getting a oil cap for that car, drill a hole and measure the pressure.

Default Oil leak

i realized the valve stems are leaking oil
so I added a sealant around the valve cover gasket
and added Lucas oil additive to reduce the oil leak.
eventually, have to take the engine apart and fix this properly but have much less oil drops.
lets see how it goes
