Passenger Mirror not responding

Passenger Mirror not responding
Hi, my passenger mirror will not adjust via the driver control. The other mirror works fine. Both will FOLD. But I can't get the GLASS on the passenger side to move. (Background, the car was fine until I took it in for service on the radiator. They replaced Wheel Bearing, Radiator, Engine Mount Ring. I'm sure they disconnected the battery. I immediately noticed that the mirror glass was no longer in position and cannot be moved.) This is NOT the dealer. Any idea?
Is there a way to MANUALLY adjust the glass so I can at least view properly?
Thanks.

You can probably push on the glass to re-position it, but you should wear working gloves in case the glass breaks. When you activate the door switch, can you hear the mirror motor trying to move it? If so, it may be just stuck due to in activity. Also, when you have the switch to the passenger mirror, and you go into reverse, does it tilt inward and down to reflect the curb?

Wow, I didn't even know the mirror could/should do that. It kinda looks like its pointed down and along the wheel line now. Is it stuck? I'll try to move it with my hand manually and see what happens.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Mine also tilts down when I put my car in reverse and tilts back up when I'm back to D or P.
If you have a diagnostic tool, check errors in your passenger's door. Clearing them if they exist may fix your issue.

Kelisko, Gary, thank you for responding. I was able to move it and position it by hand, which solves for now, but still not motor response. I'll have to explore diagnostics and clearing.
