Should I replace spark plugs and coils packs ?
Hi,
I don't have any error on the dash, no vag com engine error, no rpm variation and no car history on this replacement.
I just have some annoying vibration on idle on D and a 2sec cold start.
The car has 77k miles. (3.2fsi)
Thank you.
Julien

Had the same vibration on my old 06 c6 and did spark plugs coils and fuel injectors plus decarbon the the engine non of them fixed the problem car was totaled before getting to the motor mounts but vibration only existed when car is idle on my 08 now i get it every now and then but its not that annoying when i take it to service will point out the motor mounts to the dealer maybe its the problem

Well.. if I remember correctly a certain year of the C6 had coil-pack re-calls.
One thing you can do is have your[a] dealer check and see if they had been replaced prior. Usually any recalls done on a car follow the VIN number regardless of what dealership you go to.

There's was no recall on my model 08.
The motor mount may be worn I dont know. I know that when the car is leaning back the vibration tend to be worst. I'll check for a quote on that I don't how complicated this repair is.
Thanks for your help

Does the carfax nonsense indicate that a major service was performed around 55k miles?
