Radio Tuner

Anyone need a radio tuner? It came with the voice module that I added to the A6. I hate to toss it out. 4F0035541B. I also have a homeless Sirius tuner, 4E0035593. Free to good home.

Is the tuner still available? I'm based in New Zealand and seeking a tuner to swap out my Jap radio which is useless here.
