S6 whistling noise driving me crazy

i am trying to upload video of it, but it s not happening, can’t find help how to either- doesn’t work when I select and click upload....
i have a 2008 Audi s6 and it’s got a horrid loud whistling noise when it warms up and not accelerating, and when braking. Already replaced power steering pump and it’s still doing it....

Loud whistling is generally a sign of a faulty PCV/oil separator. Try and see if the noise goes away when you remove the oil cap. At least this is what I have read. Perhaps more C6 folks can chime in with more detailed information.

Came across a similar noise one time on a S8 that had a mind of its own. As basic as it may sound, it was the throttle body gasket just barely leaking on the drivers side throttle body! Did you find the issue?
