Been looking for a used all wheel drive car to send to college with my kids. I found a used A6 with 120,000 miles that seems to be very well cared for. Car has new brakes new tires and the owner is only asking $3200. Price is low but there is a small dent in the driver side rear door but nothing of that affects the doors operation. My question, is how much is maintenance on the car going to cost me over the next say five years. Assuming that we drive this car may be 6000 7000 miles a year? Any known issues with the year, things to look out for? Car was maintained at an Audi dealership.

i know a great German car mechanic near my home, not so much near the college which is 200 miles away. I was thinking that the kids wouldn’t experience issues that would require immediate attention and I could service when they were home.
