Both codes were only triggered once so 99% it's just a fluke and no worry at all. Just clear them drive for awhile and see if they come back. In which case:

005661 - Glowplug for Cylinder 4 (Q13)
Triggered 19 March 2006

Bad glow plug. If this code ever come back repeatedly and you decide to swap the glowplug yourself then take heed on post #10 in this thread.
---------------------------------------------------------

004195 - Fuel Pressure Regulation
Triggered 03 June 2015
This could be either leaking injectors or failing fuel pump. Take off the plastic engine cover and look if there is gas leak around the injectors. The seals do harden up and may crack. In which case it's a simple procedure. However since this code was only triggered once I would not worry. Just clear and scan the car in a week or so to see if it comes back.

Injector O ring replacement:
Take fuel pump fuse out. Start the car let it die.
Disconnect fuel rail from the block
Pull injectors out and replace O rings
Put injectors back
Secure fuel rail
Put back fuel pump fuse
Done

The glow plug code was only triggered once and that happened on Date: 2006.03.19 @ Time: 07:17:59

It did not come back and it's the original code. FYI some codes you can't clear by the "Clear all fault codes" in the auto-scan section. You have to actually go to the particular module and clear it from there.

Start by cleaning your Glowplug #4. If your handy, I would recommended cleaning all glowplug, EGR Valve and fuel injector.
