Hey David, if you referring to a 2009-2011 front bumper; Yes, it will direct fit.

You can reuse your main grille, yellow parking light reflectors, and washer caps (if equipped). You will need new fog lights and new fog light grilles.

Now, if you are referring to the rear bumper... it will not directly fit. You will need the 09-11 tail lights along with 09-11 trunk and some new taillight wiring.

I have an 05 as well and I'm in the process of getting everything together for both front end and rear end conversions. I ordered a new front end 09-11 bumper from oversees and will not arrive until a month or so from now.

Hi All
Sorry to dig up an old one but I had a question that I hoped someone could help with.
My son just picked up an 06 that unfortunately needed a new from bumper skin. We picked up a brand new factory facelift non-S-line bumper from a local guy for $100. My question is, will the S-line fog lights and grills fit a non-S-line bumper or does he have to go with the rectangular non-S-line fog lights and grills?

@Gustafdgm you will need new fog light grills and the actual fog lamps, as well:

Raj99 - I know that I cannot use the fogs and grills from the ‘06 bumper but are you saying that the round fog lights and grills that are fitted to the facelift S-line bumper (the part numbers you referred to on your post) can be used in a non-S-line facelift bumper? If they do, that’s great because I prefer the round fogs over the rectangular ones but want to be sure before spending the $$.
