2011 Audi A7 puddle light install
 

I am trying to install puddle lights I got off Ebay. I am able to undo the light from under the door but I am unable to pull it out to detach the cable. The existing cable is too short. I can't really stick my fingers in to undo it either.

Has anyone came across this problem before?

The cable is really short. I pretty much put one finger to pull out the connector just out the opening. Pretty much have to hold it with one finger while using the other hand to plug in the new light. Don't know if that makes sense, but finally got it figured out. My old S5 had a bit more length and was much easier.
