Default 2012 Audi a7 retrofit to 2016 facelifted.

Hello Guys - I'm about to start a process to retrofit my 2012 A7 headlights and taillights to 2016 facelifted model. I've bought all the stuff including from bumper. Everything is mounted and installed already.

When I connected headlights to 14pin connector there are few things mixed with lightening:
- I DRL running properly
- I got turn singal instead of high beam
- I got only one part of low been active. The second sector is not running.

I tried mixing with wiring and was able to make turn signal working properly, but not able to run high beam properly.

I believe somoe coding is needed here as old full leds were slight different (3 sectors instead of 4 in new one).

I got VCDS and this is orginal long coding from 09-Cent-Elect module.

Can anyone run a scan on facelifted model and share please?
I think this one would be very beneficial.

Your comments are very welcome.

Cheers.

Did you purchase a new rear bumper as well? I like the facelifted rear valence with the rectangular exhaust tips; been thinking of a swapout.

Hey - correct. I bought rear bumper, exhaust and taillights. It is fitted now.
The problem I've got now are headlights. Not sure if only wiring changes are needed or some codding would also shall happen. I had full led headlamps before and changing for facelifted full led. I know they are slight different (2 low beam sectors and 2 high beam sectors) but it still full led.
What you think Guys?

I also did a measure on each PIN from existing connector to have kind of good starting point.

and this is how the lamp looks like:

At this point I would like which PIN should go where and what is purpose of PIN 14 giving 8,5 (or 9V due to battery condition) no mater of ignition/switch position.

Quick question: Did you buy 2016 A7 bumper for this fit.
And Do you have any instructions on this DIY project. My front bumper on my A7 needs replacement and i don't mind buying 2016 bumper if it can be done. Thanks
Hope you figure out the lighting issue..
