Default 2016 A7 hard shifting

Hi all,

Was wondering if others are dealing with this problem. Most times when applying slow peddle pressure I can feel the car jerk when shifting. Much more noticeable in dynamic mode but found in all drive types. Also noticeable when coming to a quick stop. When accelerating quickly the car shifts much more smoothly. I've tried manual shifting but also find delayed response with the paddles. I've been told that I'm on the latest firmware and have complained the last two times I've brought the car in.

Any insight ?

Definetly a consistent feel across all drive types, including manual shifting. It's subtle but you start to anticipate it coming, especially if you are coming to a hard stop (downshift). Never felt this with Infiniti or any car I've owned previous. If you hit the gas, the car upshifts smoothly through the gears. Normal driving is where you feel it the most.
