So TSW doesn't have this spec wheel as being able to fit on A7, they said I'd need 15mm spacers but I've seen on some threads people running other TSW 20x10 ET wheels on the A7 that are also listed as not a guaranteed fit on the A7. This wheel does have a 3 inch lip with the 20x10. I'm thinking of running 275/35/20 tires on them. Can anyone help about If I will have any issues. Thanks.

I ran Niche 20x10 ET 40 wheels with 12 mm spacers on my 2015 A7 with Eibach springs and 265/35 tires...no problems at all. I started with 275/35 tires but fronts rubbed over bumps and dips. Of course you'll need longer wheel bolts using spacers.

You will want to run spacers unless you like the sunken wheel look plus I think you might hit your calipers. I run 20x11 and 285 30 with a 30 offset squared with a 6mm spacer up front to clear the caliper just to give an idea of fitment. I am pretty flush with that set up, I have seen people run 15et with a 20x11 but eh tires werent that big. Also 275 35 tire is thick IMO its at least 1inch taller than my setup.
