Audi A7 stage 1

Hi guys, I'm an owner of a 2016 Audi A7 3.0 and I'm interested in doing a stage 1 chip upgrade. What are some negatives of doing the upgrade? Also do I need a new intercooling system right away or is that only if I go stage 2 or 3? Im super new to modding cars, actually brand new so any input would help. Thanks!

Not really any negatives, unless your car is still under warranty. If Audi discovers the tune, the could flag your car "TD1" and refuse warranty services on engine-related issues.

For a Stage 1, you don't need intercooling. Becomes necessary really at Stage 2 dual pulley and higher.

Great thanks. Im in Michigan, trying to find a good place to get it done same with the stage 2 APR eventually. Anyone from Michigan have any shop recommendations?
