It looks like Audi is offering a $1,500 incentive on the 2014 A7. Does anyone know if they typically offer incentives on the new models when they are released (ie: 2015) or do they not offer incentives on those until later in the model-year?

They offer different incentives at differenet times - depending on how much metal they need to sell. When I ordered my 2014 in August 2013, there was a $1500 incentive for the A7 Diesel (which I wasn't buying), then the week I was to pick up my car in October, they started a $1500 incentive if you owned a competitive vehichle (which I had).

The Audi Loyalty program is usually available all the time for previous Audi owners - no trade necessary, just that you own one of a certain recent vintage. The "conquest" program comes and goes (for those owning certain other luxury brand models).

If you're into getting the absolute best deal, negotiate the best deal you can without disclosing you're an audi owner - and then come back with the fact and try to get the $1,500 then (obviously difficult to do if you're trading in, or going back to your current dealer).

$1,500 conquest is about average, but there's also $3k on the A8 and sometimes they throw in Audi Care on the A8 at no cost.
