Zimmermann rotors?
Does anyone have experience with Zimmermann rotors? So far I have not seen any mention of them on this forum.
What pads would work well with them?

They were excellent on my 2009 A5 with Akebono Euro Ceramic pads. I haven't needed brakes done yet on my A7, but assuming they make a version for it, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Common rotor and they are one of the OE suppliers to VAG. Get the "Z Coated" part.

When my brakes go on my Q I'll be looking at them. My A7 got totaled a few weeks ago. Went with the Q due to the potholes on the roads I use. My wife wants an A7 again though as she loved it. I told her in 2 or 3 years we'll get a 2019 or 2020.
