Changing wood dash to carbon fiber dash in A7?

Changing wood dash to carbon fiber dash in A7?
Currently in the market for a used A7. The vast majority of them obviously came with wood dashes. I would much prefer an S7 carbon fiber dash or at the very least an aluminum dash. What cost effective options are out there that don’t involve cheap stickers being applied over the wood dash? I’m not against aftermarket, but I would prefer OEM replacement panels.

I did this with a RS7 carbon fiber trim bought from europe for a great price and had my guy remove my wood trim on the 2016 Audi A7 and sold it for a decent price. Its very straight forward. Email anas at: saguaroautomotive@gmail.com . I believe I paid about 1500 for the whole genuine OEM RS7 carbon trim. Only caveat and to my annoyance is that the Euro set up does not have the center drawer trim underneath the ac controls as they have a smoker package there, god knows why they still smoke... I had to buy the carbon fiber drawer here from Audi Parts USA for additional 280. I sold the wood trim for 750. So its not too bad.

I purchased it from Anas. He was very good though I was upset that he didnt tell me that the euro A7 do not have the center console trim drawer piece so I had to spend another 200 or so dollars to get it here in USA.
