Question for eibach and h&r owners, any tire rubbing with the OEM 20inch wheels? Is the handling way better besides the nice looks? How low is too low? I dont want to be concerned about every single curb or coming out of downhill driveways and scratch the whole spoiler when reaching the street.

I am on H&R and I have to be extremely careful when parking and going over bumps. If Eibach was available at the time of installation, I would have gone with Eibach as well. It was pretty much false advertising from H&R where they claimed the drop would be less than 1.5 inches.
No rubbing what so ever and handling is definitely better. It looks great, though. LOL.

I would say definitely the drop is about 1.75 or so... If someone can measure stock non-sport height of the front bumper lip, I can at least give a comparison.

I like the sounds of the Eibachs not being too low.

Eibach's website says the drop should be 0.80" rear and 1" front. It's surprising to see how inaccurate h&r and eibach have been on the drop heights for this car.

Steelblue7 - Did you install spacers on your wheels or just the drop? It looks fantastic and I'm really tempted to lower mine.
Are you having to change your driving style around the city? I know you mentioned you have no problems with speedbumps but have you had to compromise the ease of driving and comfort?
Also, after the drop, do you get that "bouncy" feel or it feels pretty much stock but with the added benefits as you mentioned.
The H&R looks awesome as well, but would need bigger wheels to make it looked less slammed.

I'm running 20's. I chose Eibach over Stasis and H & R because I was concerned about going "too low", which in my opinion is where you can't stick your finger between the tire and the outside of the wheel well. Eibach's drop is more modest. There is no rubbing even with passengers and I don't have to worry about speed bumps or rough road surfaces. It feels like a new car, much tighter, better braking, acceleration off the line, cornering.
