Help replacing front lower valance panel

I have a 2012 Audi a7 prestige. I’m trying to replace part number 4g8807717a1rr. It looks like it’s just easy three screws to take off. But looking at my car, the panel looks connected to the entire underside and I can’t get it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated
