iPhone 7s not connecting to AMI
i have a 2014 A7 Black Edition, just bought an AMI cable (yellow Collar ) , the phone which is an iPhone 7s does not connect or charge, the car display says nothing is connected. swapped to my wife iPhone 6s , which also does not work...what am i doing wrong?

Where did you buy the cable from? I've seen other cables for sale that just don't work.
