Default Issues with downloading destinations?

Anybody else in the U.S.having trouble downloading nav destinations pushed from the phone app? I've been getting a "Server not responding" error all day. From some other forums I've scanned it appears that this may be a known server-side issue this week.

Yes, it's broken. There are a couple of threads on this subject already. It's been down for several weeks and AoA hasn't been able to give an ETA on when it's gonna be fixed.

AoA left me a voicemail couple of days ago saying my case is still open and they have no estimate for when issue will be fixed.

Anybody see any movement on this issue? Posters in several other forums seem to be indicating that the issue has been resolved for them within the past week, but I'm still not able to connect to the destinations server.

Yep, the issue has indeed been resolved. AoA informed me last week on the 18th, that the issue is resolved and it's been working since. I've updated other threads, but missed this one. Just used it today and it's working fine. Your MMI may be stuck with the error, so try the 3-button reset as explained in the owners manual to restart the system.

Hmmm... Still not solved for me. Some of the other Audi Connect functions are working intermittently for me, but no success with downloading destinations. Still getting the same "server not responding" error. Maybe the fix hasn't been implemented across all regions yet?

I don't know if depending on the region you get sent to a different server farm/data center, but it's certainly possible. However, if your other Audi connect functions have intermittent issues, I'm inclined to say there is something else going on with your car. This outage only affected myAudi destinations. Everything else was working fine, so you may have a different issue. Potentially an issue with AT&T/T-Mobile in your area. I would recommend you call the Audi connect support line (877) 505-2834. One more thing you can try is pop out the SIM card and wait about 10 seconds and then put it back in. The modem can sometimes get in a state where it's not properly connecting to the nearest tower and then you end up losing the signal or having connection issues.

Turns out my last post was slightly premature. Within a few hours of writing it I went for a drive and everything was back online and working fine. Not sure what caused the delay, but the gremlins have been evicted and all is well.
