I looked at this to protect the rear sill when loading the dog. I ended up getting BMW's Universal Luggage Compartment Protective Mat, which I partially tuck into the OEM A7 cargo mat as needed. Quality materials, good coverage of rear bumper, folds up for when not in use. Works for me.
