LOUD CLUNK FROM THE FRONT WHEN TURNING

LOUD CLUNK FROM THE FRONT WHEN TURNING
Hello,
I have a 2014 Audi A7 TDI and something weird is happening. Whenever I go down my driveway and then turn right into the street, there's this loud clunk coming from the front of the car. It feels as if the wheels are breaking loose like they have no traction, even though it has new tires. It only happens when i go from straight to a tight turn of the wheel (almost full lock)
Has anyone else have this problem??
Its on the 20inch, double spoked 5 spoke wheels and has the suspension with all the controls (comfort, dynamic, etc)
