I'm looking to place a factory order on an A7 and was wondering what kind of deal is possible. Given that there is no working capital cost as the car will not be carried in inventory, can you get a better deal than a car sitting at the dealership? What would be a "good" deal for a 2013 factory order?

3 % off of MSRP would be a fair deal for both you and the dealer.

Used to be 6% earlier but I don't know what deals are being made now.

My dealer offered me 5% until + Supplier discount (for the A6)

I am already a member so that is definitely a big benefit. Thanks to all for your responses. It gives me a range to deal with. It looks like I just need to be in the right place at the right time. I'm now leaning towards an S7, where MSRP is probably the best that can be done, assuming I can find or order one. I understand most dealers will only get a limited allocation.

I know that this is comparing Apples to Oranges... but right now they're doing 18-19% discounts in the UK due Audi sponsored discounts.
