Ordered 2017 A7

Going to order one pretty soon. Just wondering how much percent of discount is out there for a customized order, giving the fact that it is the last model year of A7, plus A5/S5 Sportback is entering NA the first time.
Long time Audi fan and just ordered a 2017 A7. The dealer stated 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. It have been already one week and it is killing me! So for now I read the brochure over and over again to see if I missed anything. Followed up with endless Youtube tutorials.

Got 6.5% off and a set of all weather mats thrown in. Seemed reasonable.
The car has been sitting in port for a while now. Still not getting on a vessel. Seems like 10 to 11 weeks is about right from the day it is ordered.

The A7 (his name is Bruce) finally left Emden port Germany yesterday after 8 weeks after the order was placed. So my guess is delivery the week of June 19th which will be 11 weeks.
This is painful.

Did you get an email update? I was told my car was out of production may 12th and was supposed be loaded onto a vessel early last week. I specifically requested to be added to the owner in waiting program but have gotten no updates via email.

No additional emails after I was notified that it was in production. I contacted the salesperson. The A7 came out of production May 2nd and was loaded on to the vessel May 30th. It is headed towards Rhode Island now and the dealer stated I should expect delivery the week of June 19th.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to follow up with my SA. I've seen on the forums that the owners in writing program include emails for once production is complete and when the vehicle has been loaded onto the vessel.

If I were to guess I'd assume by the end of the summer. That was the case when I was looking for a '16 A7 back in 2015. And since the '18 order guides have been out for a few months now, I assume i'm not too far off.
