Radio Won't Stay on Presets in Instrument Cluster

I have a 2014 A7 Prestige model and I've seen this issue brought up in various discussions but never been able to find an actual solution for it so wondering if there is one and I'm just using the wrong search words?

It's more an annoyance than anything but what happens is no matter which tab I've chosen on the instrument cluster (Mileage/Computer, Radio, Phone, Navigation) each time I restart the car it defaults back to the mileage computer setting where what I want is for it to retain the option setting I had last been using when I turned the car off.
In my case I mostly listen to the radio preset stations I've programmed in so I have the Radio/Media tab chosen and Presets as my selected option. Each time I return to the car I have to use the right arrow on the steering wheel to scroll to the radio and then choose the menu to move back down to the preset option. Seems like from the factory the car should remain on the last chosen option (in this case Preset radio station list).

Anyone found a solution, a TSB or any other way of correcting this issue so that if I turn the car off listening to my preset stations upon restarting the car the preset list is where it starts off on the instrument cluster options?

Try putting the screen where you want, including seat / radio stations / AC vent location or auto / etc, then press set seat memory (hold down SET and press your preferred number). Keep in mind the memory seat (along with all the other personal settings) is set with the key, so if you have two keys stick with one of them...

Its possible the screens are set to a memory seat position number.

Tried it but didn't work.

Thanks Tuscani66. I tried your suggestion but that didn't change anything.

Hoping someone else here on the forum has found a solution to this issue.
