It can be changed with vag-com, i changed mine, but i noticed that it kind of overpowers the LED turn signal (indicators).

I noticed this as well, the lower internal part of the headlight unit is highly reflective so I guess this is increasing the light levels some what. Don't know if it is me but I find the Xenons in the A7 to be much brighter than those on my previous A4 cab. I wonder if they are using different ballast units on the A7 to give a brighter light?

Sorry Aquarian, unfortunately, I gave back the interface that I was using, I Will soon buy another one and will be able to post pictures, but trust me, when increase the output of the it really overpowers the led turn signals, especially from far off.
My setup is like the European model that dims to about 28% of the overall output of the daytime running light then after you are done indicating, it goes back to 100%. Look at the Audi A7 driving video on you tube, you will see what I mean

You have the full LED headlights right? On xenon headlights the LED running strip is also the turn signal.
