With one week to go in my 6 month free trial for Audi Connect the e-mails started coming. "You only have 3 days left with Audi Connect, click here to renew" - etc etc.
I e-mailed them to let them know that I had no intention whatsoever of renewing.
Not only are the prices insanely high, but they duplicate all services available on my phone
But the thing that makes me nuts is that they made the sim card unremovable. On my previous Audi's I could change the sim card to another service (Truphone for example) that had better pricing and pay-as-you-use service. Now you are held hostage with the service Audi makes you utilize.
