owner manual case?
 

I just purchased a 2020 A7 Prestige and I was handed my owner manual in a "paper case" I have owned 4 Audi's and I have never seen this before, also I was informed that there was no longer a courtesy 1 year/10,000 miles maintenance. This is not a good look for Audi.

That is false. I just had my 1 year free 10k maintenance done (it is a 2019 A7 purchased new) and I got a non-paper case.

Here is a pic of my manual case. Not paper.... It's more like a ballistic nylon. I have Audi Care so cannot comment on 1st oil change, but I haven't heard of anything changing on that.

My new 2019 OM came in a similar paper sleeve and the rest in plastic bag. I took my ballistic looking case as shown above from my 2018 A6 traded-in to use in my A7.:D

You are right because I also have a 2019 A7 (my wife's car) and I just had the 1 year maintenance and it was covered by Audi but the new policy is no more. Here is the new case for the Manuel.
