00' front bumper on a 98'?

I am looking to change out my front bumper for a 00' more updated one with fogs. Has anyone attempted this? If so how did it work and if not, do you think that its even possible to do?

No. The headlight, hood and fenders are different.

probably only cost effective if a pre facelift has major front end damage. And then it would be totalled before the repair gets bankrolled
