01203 - Electrical Connection between ABS and Instrument Cluster
31-10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent. Dirty sensor or solder joint or...? Idearz welcomed.

I think that's the one I'm getting.
I'd have to walk downstairs to confirm.
Lights up your cluster brake and ABS lights? Mine is intermittent, too. I pulled the cluster and the connector at the ABS controller, verified continuity of the key wire from point A to point B, and reseated the connector. Problem still occurs. I think I'm going to pull the ABS controller electronics and send them into Module Master for a rebuild. |
Correction - that is the one I've been getting.
I think I'll pull the electronics tomorrow AM.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a8/msgs/166210.phtml">See a previous post I made about this.</a></li></ul>

If it does not point to one side front or rear try the connection at the unit or back of cluster

^^Thanks vv I'll try the connector at the unit first and hope. First time for this code.
I have done nothing with the IC but I do wipe things down in the engine bay after a wash. Mebe I dislodged something.
Thx again, Mark |
There's a big pull tab thing on the end of the connector at the ABS.
It pulls straight out to the side, and pops the connector off as you pull.
