03 S8 Transmission jerks HARD for no reason

Typical problems:
Wrong filter - not enough pan clearance - low pressure, noise, maybe a slow 3-4 shift (takes a lot of fluid to shift 3-4)
Underfilled - Trans needs to be filled with the engine running or it's underfilled. Similar issues to above.
Sticky pressure control valve - Worn valve body causes the main pressure control valve to sometimes stick in the bore. - Harsh downshifts, slow upshifts, freewheeling-then-BANG-into gear, broken transmission parts, empty wallet, junked car.
