Default Holy Semantics Batman!

They call one of those things that you put beer into a "cooler" and it doesn't cool anything (unless it's one of those fancy plug-in ones).

Default I figured out the leak on that problem...

There is a seal that is behind that plate where the rollers are. I replaced mine and whammo fixed it.

My UK 98 32V S8 had a large oil leak onto the alternator bracket, apparently from the region of the cambelt idler pulley carrier plate. It turned out the external bearing of the oil pump shaft had broken up. This is the *lowest* pulley on the cambelt, but the oil was tracked up by the belt/ spun up by the pulley, and dripped back down. Replacing this (and the shaft seal behind it) cured the problem. The 40V motor avoids this by having an internally driven oil pump. There seems to be no gasket, or source of oil, higher up, except for the camshaft seal (which was replaced as a preacaution).
