2000 Audi S8 ABS ECU location

2000 Audi S8 ABS ECU location
Hi,
I have problem with finding the ABS ECU. Usually it is located on the ABS pump, but not on my S8 year 2000. I have just the solenoid valves there.
There is no communication with VAG, abs light is on, and the big stop signal turns on on the dashboard after 10s or so.
As it has ESP software, I think the abs cpu is inside somewhere.
Has dismantled all around the back seat and in the boot, as have read in this forum, that it bellow the back seats.
The fuse in the boot area was burned, have replaced, but still the same problem.
Also tried to locate it around the steering wheel, but no luck. Some experts said, that it should be next to the steering column, just next to the accelerator, but it is not there...
Any idea, where it is? Some picture would be awesome.
Audi parts dealer would like to charge me $2000, and wont help me to locate the ECU...

I have dismantled all around, but it is not there... Maybe I dont have ESP? I dont have ESP switch, and no ESP warning light is on, just the ABS...
But the socket on ABS is not the usual 27 pin one, but 15 round pins... Have dismantled the electrical part, and there are just the solenoid valves, nothing else...
To be honest, I have no idea anymore, there the ABS ECU could be....

Ok, not a problem, but then where is the ABS ECU? It is not in the pump. Here is pic of the electonic part of the pump. As you see, the plug is very different from the usual.
