2001 A8L owners..any issues with buying a 2001 model?
I currently drive a 99 A6, and am looking at buying a 4.2 A6 or possibly a 4.2 A8. I have found one with 43K miles on it for $29K, and it sounds like a good deal, but since I am not that familiar with this year A8, I thought that people who own (or did own) one could give me some feedback/advice. Thanks.

My 2001 A8L has been an awesome car. Have it checked out at a shop that knows these cars (with Buyer's checklist in hand) and you will be rewarded with a fantastic ride. Good luck! Pk
