I am sure TozoM8 forum member can do it but do not know the price,i would like to know as well as i plan doing it on mine.
As for the parts it depends where do you get them,i think 1000$ for parts should do it if you dig craigslist partout ads.You already have extended driveshaft 4.5in longer than swb which you would need if you have a non L version.

The L drivehaft would still need to be extended to reach the manual tailshaft. The idea was that the L driveshaft might help with an install into a SWB car since it is longer, however the length is at the back and not the front section so it's not suberb for that either.
I think this'd cost $10K or so at a shop, maybe a lot less if they are just roughing in the hard parts. Fab work is expensive.
