99 A8 blower not working

hi
i have a 99 A8 that my blower motor, tach, oil pressure switch and trip meter stopped working. Now the funny thing is my blower will work with my ignition in the on position but not when the engine is running.
I checked all my fuses.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you have a Solar Sunroof Option car? The voltage from the solar panel gets routed through a relay scheme-- if that was bad you might lose the current directed into the blower fan with the car on. IIRC it's an "Either-OR" scenario... in certain cases the solar panel is the only current source for the blower motor.

I don’t have the solar panel sunroof.
